PRAISE FOR LOVE IN THE AGE OF QUARANTINE
"Katie's work traces the healing path, arriving at the radical act of self-love by reclaiming a sense of empowerment. She skillfully extracts the pain and transforms it into poem. Writing into her vulnerability, through disclosure and exploration this work serves as company and shelter for those who have experienced the trauma of intimate partner abuse."
— Susan Goyette, Author, Poet Laureate of Halifax
